Wonderful
Great location, clean, modern bedroom with everything works. All staff friendly and helpful. The food was very good and varied in the buffet. There's no need to use the 2 a-la-carte restaurants. The evenings entertainment was very good and refreshing differently from the regular resorts Egyptian shows. Strong wifi throughout the resort, even at the beach, and free!
Tried 1 of the a-la-carte restaurants, not impressed with food and service.

The staff is cheerful and very helpful ms amaal and mr abdelfattah are helpful The room is very good and clean& Mr Mohamed tide up the room very well The restaurant has good varity of food and the food tastes very good

What was the highlight of Sunrise Alma Bay Resort
Very Good
Hotel's location is very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Fast check-in/check-out processes. Food was very good and having good variety although the restaurant wasn't so big. Aqua park was good. Beach is sandy, but it is very shallow (you need to swim for really a long distance to get a suitable swimming depth). Wi-Fi connection was very good.
I didn't like the idea of making the main restaurant's entrance to be on the second floor of the reception especially for elderly people, as they have to go upstairs every meal despite of existence of elevator, since it will not serve all the guests. Room furniture is kind of old and need renovations. Animation team need to be improved.

The main restaurant food and quality and variety as well Not too big resort Have a glance of everything The Aqua is fine only five slides but it was pleasant The marina is very nice
The tv signal in the room is bad The positioning of the electric socket in the room is not practical The Asian restaurant is horrible
