Beach water was clean, Room quite good and we really appreciated the support and assistance from some employees at the hotel, we would like to mention Dasha from the reception for help us with all our requests, Elsayed from the beach bar..he was wonderful making our drinks and all our nights at the restaurant "a la carte" with Karim and Emad, who made our dinners very pleasant.

Food was OK, some good things some other not that good, but its a personal taste. One guy at the reception trying to SCAM a guest..its for sure, not good at all, but issues solve after a complain with the manager.

Perfect for a family with young kids.

The beach and pool were fantastic, the pool was rather cold but perhaps down to it just opening after a large renovation. The security made me feel very safe and the hotel staff were very pleasant. The food choices were wide-ranging and very nice. The hotel and rooms were clean, they were a little outdated, we saw new rooms being renovated that looked very nice. The aqua park was great and we had two boys 6 & 9 who enjoyed it immensly, they certainly weren't bored. All-in-all a wonderful place for a family holiday.

Saff was very friendly and helpful specially reception team Mr.Haitham & Mr.Mostafa Elshazly and at restaurant Mr.Ahmed hussien ,Mr .abdelrahman & Mr.Emad We had booked a standard room then at check-in they told us that we had been upgraded to a suite which was with a wonderful sea view &very clean..overall the stay was comfortable

Very Good

Hotel's location is very close to the airport. Staff were very helpful and very friendly. Fast check-in/check-out processes. Food was very good and having good variety although the restaurant wasn't so big. Aqua park was good. Beach is sandy, but it is very shallow (you need to swim for really a long distance to get a suitable swimming depth). Wi-Fi connection was very good.

I didn't like the idea of making the main restaurant's entrance to be on the second floor of the reception especially for elderly people, as they have to go upstairs every meal despite of existence of elevator, since it will not serve all the guests. Room furniture is kind of old and need renovations. Animation team need to be improved.

Je tiens tout d'abord à exprimer ma gratitude envers Monsieur Mohamed Ali pour ses efforts et son excellent sens du service tout au long de notre séjour. Sa présence a rendu notre séjour agréable grâce à son dévouement et son professionnalisme. Je voudrais aussi adresser mes sincères remerciements au Chef Yassine, le chef exécutif de l'hôtel, pour son niveau de professionnalisme qui rivalise avec les meilleurs hôtels du monde. Je tiens également à remercier chaleureusement le Chef Michael pour son accueil chaleureux au restaurant tout au long de notre séjour. Ses plats étaient délicieux et raffinés.

En ce qui concerne les points qui ne m'ont pas plu dans l'hôtel, j'ai remarqué que le service en chambre était assez modeste et que les chambres elles-mêmes avaient besoin d'une maintenance urgente. Bien que l'hôtel nous ait proposé de changer pour deux chambres récemment rénovées, celles-ci présentaient également des problèmes tels qu'un téléphone défectueux, qui a été réparé après notre demande, et une douche bouchée qui a également été réparée. De plus, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement et malgré les tentatives de réparation, elle a continué à mal fonctionner tout au long de notre séjour. En outre, le service de connexion et de Wi-Fi était totalement absent dans l'hôtel, sauf dans le lobby, et la qualité de la connexion était très médiocre. J'espère que vous prendrez en compte ces commentaires et travaillerez pour améliorer ces aspects de l'hôtel afin d'améliorer l'expérience des futurs clients. Je vous remercie de votre attention et de votre écoute.
